REFUND-RETURN POLICY

All items shown on this website are handmade by Artist, Cyne` and, therefore, are one-of-a-kind. The nature of any handmade work, especially the medium of textile, is that every piece is unique because of the intense human involvement. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 10 days of purchase. Be sure to include the receipt issued at time of purchase as this contains the information required to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card used for your purchase. Item must be in exact condition received by you and in its original packaging (if possible). Only the purchase price will be refunded, not the shipping. If item is returned in less than it`s original condition, credit for the purchase price will not be given. PLEASE NOTE: Prior authorization is required for ALL returns. SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the weight of your order your shipping options may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Parcel Post. Orders that weigh 13 ounces or less are eligible for all four shipping methods. On any order where the weight exceeds 13 ounces the shipping options change to Priority Mail, Express Mail or Parcel Post only. Parcel Post, while less expensive than Priority Mail or Express Mail, is a lower mail class and therefore will take longer to reach you. Please note only Priority Mail and Express Mail are trackable, and at this time we are not able to offer insurance for your order. If you want your order quickly, regardless of the weight, you should choose Priority Mail. The Postal Service advises that Priority Mail takes 3 to 6 days depending on the distance the package needs to travel to reach you and we've found that to be pretty accurate. If you have an extremely urgent need for your order, you should choose Express Mail. Although it is the most expensive option, orders shipped this way will arrive in 1 to 2 days.

Damaged Goods: You must notify us by email to cyne.gallerie@gmail.com of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return of the damaged goods at our expense.
